Grenade


Shooting in a museum where flash is prohibited is tough, but modern DSLRs are actually pretty good at it.A fast fifty is the go. Fighter…


This aeroplane was shot at the Australian War Museum in very little light, and it was spot lit. Shooting at -1ev made the background black and brought the highlights back to something which the sensor could cope with. Hardware: Canon EOS 1D MkIIN, 50mm f/1.4 Exposure: ISO800, 1/25s @ f1.4 Post: Black point, sharpening.
