A good example of panning: following a moving subject and using a long shutter speed to blur anything not moving in time with th ecamera– spokes, backgrounds etc. Hardware: Canon EOS 1D MkIIN, EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS Exposure: ISO400, 1/80th @ f/16, 200mm Post: Incresed contrast, saturation, sharpening, cropped.

Clocktower
There are a number of surreal things about this image – there’s movement in the tree caused by the long exposure, there’s something unusual about th eproportions of the clocktower.
