By using the flash off camera I was able to direct light only on the face and hands.

Hardware: Canon EOS 5D MkII, EF 24-105 f/4L, 580EX flash, off camera cord.
Exposure: ISO500, 1/60s @ f/7.1, 50mm
Post: Recovery, black point and sharpen adjustments. (Aperture)
