I’ve set ISO200 for this fireworks shot to reduce noise in the underexposed areas of the image – which there will be plenty of. In order to get a number of bursts on the frame I’ve set a long exposure and I’ve included the pole and edges of the buildings to give it all some scale.
Hardware: Canon EOS 1DMkIIN, 17-35mm f/2.8L USM, tripod
Exposure: ISO200, 1s @ f/8
Post: Increased exposure, saturation, recovery, sharpening, added a vignette (Aperture)
