The sunlight was fading so I had a high ISO setting ont he camera when I heard the train coming – I had enough time to dial down the aperture in order to slow the shutter speed, but not enough time to adjust the ISO. So even though its a bit noisy, the image of the blurred train with the traffic and car lights shining through is pretty unusual.

This rider has caught one of the sideline barriers on his footpeg but he kept going, hoping it would fall off. The shot isn’t fantastic, but it just shows how you need to be ready for action when it happens.
